McKinley Rice reimburses monthly gym / any physical fitness facility expenses of up to 500 INR per month post receipt of invoices.

Child Daycare Allowance.

McKinley Rice provides a monthly Childcare allowance of up to INR 2000 to support working members support the well-being of their newborns.

Travel Reimbursement.

In the last 3 months of pregnancy, McKinley Rice provides travel reimbursements of up to INR 2000 per month for WFO days.

Flex-Time.

To enhance the work-life balance for the members, McKinley Rice would provide for the members to leave early after mandatorily completing the Core Time in the office.

Employer Project Team Lunches.

The Company Leads can host 1 team lunch at the place of their choice, or virtually every quarter.

Paid Wi-Fi.

McKinley Community would reimburse monthly Wi-Fi expenses of up to 1000 INR per month post receipt of invoices, to aid in an effective WFH experience.
