MISSION

Our mission is to be the first company in history to offer true globalization as a service.

By observing multinational behemoths like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon, we know that tomorrow's companies will be built by harnessing the best talent in the world - wherever they may be. Somewhere on this planet are people who will eventually revolutionize the industry they are in - as long as they meet the right company. We make these connections, and thus we impact the world.

We believe that current methods of how businesses access global talent are antiquated, starting from consulting firms, to outsourcing agencies, to freelancing platforms. Even with advances in tech & law, why is it still difficult for Korean designers in Seoul to directly work for New York startups? Why is it still difficult for Indian engineers in Mumbai to directly work for Parisian mid-market companies? Today, only mega corporations have direct access to global talent, and everyone else has to consult outsourcing agencies or freelancers. This, is our problem statement.

We’re continuing the historic quest of making the world smaller

Although Christopher Columbus set sail in 1492 and launched the Age of Exploration, thanks to advances in communications technology, the world has just recently begun learning how to work effectively together. To the human race, it is still the first day for globalization.

Since the inception of our company in a moldy, cramped studio apartment in Seoul, South Korea in 2018, we’ve strived to improve the way businesses connect with global talent.

We try to be a global company, executing at global standards. By ‘global’, we mean the highest benchmarks available on the planet. By ‘standards’, we mean our values.

Be customer-centric. To a manic degree.

We’re no. 1 because we know more about our customers than anyone else in our industry.

Don’t just talk about agile, be agile.

Given a horizon of 10 years, the more hypotheses tested, the deeper our knowledge of a problem compared to our competitors. We move fast and fail fast.

Focus on data.

No company can focus on everything at the same time. Data tells us where we need to be busy. Tesla is not worth 10x of Hyundai’s market cap because their employees work 10x hours.

Look at the complete playing field.

We strive to identify all possible issues upfront. If after examining a plan for 10 minutes someone is able to come up with a counterargument that invalidates it, that’s just stupid.

Communicate often, in detail.

All problems are fundamentally issues of communication.

Be a professional. Don’t be an amateur.

Even amateurs can be highly passionate about their work, and win medals at the Olympics. But professionals deliver consistently. We want to be professionals.
